Eligible return reasons
Mail returns are available for both non-defective and defective merchandise for return, and an exchange may also be requested. Non-defective reasons include a changed decision, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item. Damage, faults, incorrect shipments, missing contents, and material differences from the description may also be reported.
New-condition requirement
A return must be new, unused, and in its original state. Original packaging, labels, and every included accessory must stay with it. The request must arrive within 30 days of delivery and include the order number, checkout email, and reason. Images or video of the merchandise and packaging are additionally required for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces.
Mail procedure and exchange stock
Approved goods are returned by mail. The package includes a free return label, and there is no restocking fee. Nothing may be mailed back before authorization is issued. An exchange can proceed only when the requested stock is available.
Refund timing
After approval, we process the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting time after processing is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
